Educator. Writer. Thought leader. Dwight Vidale has over 15 years of teaching, administrative, and community building experience.

At the Collegiate School, Dwight is the Director of Institutional Equity and Belonging and leads the office that provides programming and support around equity initiatives. Working closely with students, administrators, faculty, families and alumni, Dwight encourages the school community to prioritize the voices and experiences of marginalized community members, so that all members feel a deep, authentic sense of belonging. Prior to Collegiate, Dwight spent twelve years at Riverdale Country School, where he facilitated equity programming and taught middle and upper school English.
