Heather Hill serves as an Assistant Professor of Educational Psychology in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at Cleveland State University. In this capacity she leverages equity-centered approaches to teaches courses on the social and psychological foundations of education, educational psychology, across undergraduate, graduate and doctoral level student communities. Her research interests include: sociocultural and sociopolitical aspects of literacy education and writing development, Black girls' writing and identity development across school, home, and digital communities; sustainable approaches to inservice teacher education and job-embedded professional development for equity and social justice.
