High School Mathematics Teacher

Melissa Strouth earned her PhD in Urban Education from Cleveland State University with a specialization in Learning and Development. In 2003, she began her career in education as a middle school mathematics teacher in New York City and has been teaching and living in Cleveland Heights, Ohio since 2006. She is a Google for Education Certified Trainer and serves as her school's technology coach, providing district-wide professional development and 1-on-1 coaching. She loves complex questions and has a special interest in mixed methods research. Her doctoral research focused on secondary mathematics teachers and their experience with technology during the COVID-19 crisis.
