Small-Scale Studies

Using qualitative methods, we are able to partner with individuals, groups, and institutions to explore the experiences, perspectives, and phenomena of interest. In our small-scale studies we use interviews, focus groups, observations, and document analysis. Using our findings, we develop recommendations for best practices and equity initiatives.

School-Wide Equity Audits

Using a qualitative and inquiry-oriented approach, we conduct equity audits that analyze all facets that are a part of a school ecosystem through an equity lens: the experiences of school community members; the practices, policies, and programs that seek to uphold a school’s mission and vision; and the education of the key decision-makers within the school community.

Larger Scale Cross-School Comparisons

We can develop qualitative research studies and equity audits that look across multiple school sites with the purpose of comparison and collaboration.
